    COLORPROTECT V is a formulation which uses a mixture of bentonite, PVPP and non-allergenic proteins. This is used for preventative treatment of musts that are sensitive to oxidation and in particular pinking. Used in wine, COLORPROTECT V MES can significantly enhance resistance to oxidation of oxygen-sensitive wines and fine-tune organoleptic qualities (by reducing bitterness in particular or plant or herbaceous notes) of wines that have been affected by oxidative haze (sensitive grape varieties, significant return air during the wine-making process, etc.).

    Flashgum R MF is a micro-filtered arabic gum in liquid solution that harmonises the structure of thinner wines and increases the volume, fullness and mouthfeel. In wines marked by excessive astringency, it masks the excessive tannin sensation and increases the balance. It also provides wines with protection against various forms of chemical and physical instability.

    Solution of ammonium bisulfite and tannin at 100 g/L of pure SO2. Solution for SO2 addition mostly in must. SULFITANIN LIQUID is used during harvest:
    • In the must tank : to prevent from oxidasic casse and all microbiological alterations.
    • for red wines, in the maceration tank : to extract and stabilize the color.
    SULFITANIN LIQUID properties are:
    • by its antiseptic action : it prevents the growth of indigenous undesirable yeasts and bacterias.

    CLARIFIANT S is a preparation of sodium bentonite specifically selected for riddling (both manual and automatic). CLARIFIANT S helps to create compact sediment in bottle and assist its movement down the bottle during riddling. It has a gentle mode of action producing brilliantly clear wine. Add CLARIFIANT S just before the tirage after sugar and yeast have been added. CLARIFIANT S can be used in conjunction with SOLUTION ST. It is important to continue mixing the tank during the bottling operation.

    CLARIFIANT XL is a riddling additive consisting of a pure bentonite, selected for its excellent uniformity, and a silicate offering excellent fining properties. The combination of these components gives a high degree of clarification and sedimentation, which is particularly effective for difficult riddling operations. No other additive is present or indeed necessary for riddling operations. CLARIFIANT XL provides compact deposits that are non-adherent and easy to remove. The wine's clarity is improved, giving it a perfect brightness at the end of riddling. CLARIFIANT XL is perfectly suitable for both manual and automated riddling.
