  • COLORPROTECT V significantly reduces oxidation phenomena. It has been developed to be used on must and wine for preventing wine oxidation and pinking. COLORPROTECT V addresses all oxidation phenomena that can be observed in wine:
    • Protecting musts that are sensitive to oxidation (counters atypical aging in white wines),
    • Reduces brown colouring in oxidised white wines
    • Significant reduction of pinking phenomena
  • GLUTAROM is a specific nutrient based on inactived yeasts rich in glutathione and polysaccharides. Its preparation process helps it transfer these molecules to the wine must, together with their anti-oxidation and anti-aroma depletion properties. Glutathione is a natural tripeptide antioxidant from grapes that works like a shield against oxygen and, above all, the oxidising quinones resulting from the oxidation of polyphenols. After using GLUTAROM, grape varieties with low levels of glutathione will be better protected against oxidation. GLUTAROM is also extremely useful for the purposes of bringing out varietal thiols.
  • Natuferm Intense is an organic yeast derivate naturally rich in amino acids, vitamins, zinc and magnesium. It supports yeast in the production of qualitative wines by enhancing the aroma intensity and complexity via the production of esters and acetates during alcoholic fermentation.
  • Netarom enables the adsorption, by short-term contact, of the various sulphur compounds (hydrogen sulphide, methanethiol etc.), which are responsible for reductive taints. Due to its content in polysaccharides, Netarom improves volume and complexity on the palate in white or red wines.
  • Anchorferm provides the fermenting yeast with essential amino acids, vitamins like thiamine, pantothenate and biotin and small peptides. These compounds play an essential role in the metabolism and viability of the fermenting yeast. Anchorferm provides stress resistance factors like sterols and unsaturated fatty acids, which allow the yeast to complete the fermentation securely.
  • Revive is a natural, yeast-derived source of high levels of essential growth factors like vitamins (pantothenate and biotin) and minerals that act as enzymatic co-factors (magnesium, manganese and zinc). These ensure the efficiency of transport mechanisms in the cell membrane and promote cellular growth. Revive also provides amino acids, micronutrients and stress resistance and survival factors like ergosterols and fatty acids. These compounds increase the quality of the yeast  metabolism, as well as their tolerance to ethanol.
  • Extraferm D'fend is a unique blend of yeast (S. cerevisiae) derivates, rich in antioxidant nucleophilic compounds. Extraferm D’fend preserves the freshness and fruitiness of wines, without oxidative or reductive notes. It protects white and rosé wines from oxidation with an immediate and long-lasting protective effect during wine ageing. It provides roundness to wines, the aromas are clean, the palate is persistent and fuller bodied. It also prevents oxidation of wines with low or no SO2, during ageing and storage.
  • EXTRAFERM® D'tox adsorbs and eliminates many toxic and undesirable compounds present in must and/or wine. EXTRAFERM D'tox promotes smooth alcoholic and malolactic fermentation by eliminating medium chain fatty acids, which are known to inhibit yeast and lactic acid bacteria. EXTRAFERM D'tox can also bind and eliminate over 50% of undesirable molecules such as ochratoxin A (OTA), unplesant aroma molecules such as anisoles (TCA, TeCA, TBA,and PCA), and dibutyl phthalate.
  • ACTIVIT NAT is a fermentation activator made up exclusively of inactivated yeasts. This 100% natural activator provides amino acids, small peptides and stress resistance factors that are absorbed by the yeasts throughout alcoholic fermentation. ACTIVIT NAT provides balanced alcoholic fermentation (contrary to ammonium salts) and a well-defined end to alcoholic fermentation. ACTIVIT NAT also contributes to the organoleptic quality of the wine and reduces risks of the production sulphur compounds. This activator is intended for musts with low or moderate nitrogen deficiencies. It does not compensate musts with particularly high nitrogen deficiencies.
  • Natuferm® Pure is a source of autolysed yeast that is especially suitable in case of nitrogen deficiency and/or high potential alcohol percentage. Its high nutrient content promotes yeast growth and the rapid completion of fermentation, while also preserving the aromatic typicity of each grape variety. Natuferm Pure increases the yeast’s production of aromatic fermentation esters.
  • Natuferm® Bright is a yeast autolysate. It is very high in amino acids (aroma precursors), which have an important role in assisting the yeast to release thiols during alcoholic fermentation. Its high ergosterol content – essential for yeast cell functioning – also make it a suitable nutrient for extreme fermentation conditions.
  • Natuferm® Fruity is an autolysed yeast, selected for it richness in amino acids, precursors of esters aroma, produced during alcoholic fermentation. The presence of ergosterol is also an added value as lipid is necessary for the yeast to protect their membrane and ensure their capacity to consume amino acids for the production of esters.
